The Kazi Tote is our "workhorse" tote. It's woven from sisal, a super durable material, and is the perfect size for a multitude of activities. Take this bag to the farmer's market, on an overnight trip, to the park, or to work! It is handmade by a weaving cooperative in southeastern Kenya. The women hand-dye the sisal fibers and weave them into this lovely tote. The handles are finished with goat leather.
12" Wide x 12" Deep x 12" Tall (plus 8" handle)
Amsha works directly with artisans to produce handmade goods in order to create a lasting and positive impact. We use locally sourced and recycled materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint and to ensure that our social impact extends to our supply chain.
When you purchase an Amsha good, our artisans earn 2- 3 times as much as they would in their local market. We support a living wage and benefits that go beyond fair trade.
