This sisal, woven trivet is handmade by our artisans in Gitarama, Rwanda in East Africa. The women use sisal fibers and hand-dye and weave them around sweetgrass to make these beautiful works of art. This wall hanging has a loop on the back for hanging, but can also be used as a trivet, placemat, or tabletop centerpiece!
Amsha works directly with artisans to produce handmade goods in order to create a lasting and positive impact. We use locally sourced and recycled materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint and to ensure that our social impact extends to our supply chain.
