Mwangaza, which means 'light' in Swahili, is a tribal style necklace that symbolizes rays of light. The brass pendants are cast from recycled brass- broken locks, old faucets, and hardware that have been discarded. While the necklace has a visual weight, the brass triangles are cast thin in order to keep this necklace lightweight. The chain on this necklace is hand rolled from brass wire and each link is connected, one-by-one, by hand.
Pendants (Triangles): 1.25″ x 0.75″
